📋 Description

• Own and execute end-to-end design for key product initiatives serving retailers and end-customers
• Lead design work from discovery and research through interaction and visual design
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver features
• Champion design quality and consistency through use and contribution to the design system
• Communicate design concepts and rationale to teams and stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Participate in design critiques and share knowledge with other designers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft and end-to-end work on features and products
• Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs and business requirements into impactful design solutions
• Proficiency across the design process, from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity visual design
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Ability to clearly explain design choices and thought processes
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as [REDACTED]
• Experience working with established design systems
• Experience leveraging AI tools throughout the design process is a plus
