About the Role

[REDACTED] lives at the intersection of mobile gaming, rewards, and real money. UX clarity isn't optional, and neither is moving fast.

We're scaling up, with an iOS launch on the way and a lot of ground to cover. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with a rock-solid grasp of the product design essentials and a genuine, hands-on relationship with AI. You should already be designing with AI woven into your workflow, not waiting to learn it.

This is not a "just ship screens" role. You'll get real ownership, high responsibility, and the room to shape core mobile experiences end to end. [REDACTED] is a mobile rewards platform built around mobile games. Users play games through [REDACTED] and earn real cash for completing in-game milestones like levels, chapters, or progress goals. The harder the milestone, the higher the reward.

From a game design lens, [REDACTED] is a sort of progression layer across multiple games, with LiveOps-style loops like daily tasks, streaks, and events, where trust, clarity, and motivation matter because real money is involved.

What You'll Own

• Design system consolidation & maintenance
• Core UX/UI across Android and iOS
• Progression, rewards, and cash-out flows
• LiveOps features such as daily tasks, streaks, leaderboards, and events
• Turning complex systems into clear, motivating experiences

You'll have freedom to challenge ideas, and responsibility for outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own design from concept to production
• Use AI fluently across your workflow: ideation, exploration, prototyping, copy, research synthesis
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering
• Turn ambiguity into simple, scalable solutions
• Run and apply competitor research
• Only sweat the details on things that move the needle

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as a Product Designer, with strong mobile UX/UI experience
• A perfect grasp of the product design essentials: information architecture, interaction design, visual systems, design systems, prototyping, and writing for product
• Already AI-forward. You use AI daily for things like rapid prototyping, asset generation, copy iteration, and research synthesis, and can talk about how it's changed the way you work
• Shipped Android and iOS apps
• Solid UI craft
• Experience in mobile gaming is a big plus
• Comfortable owning complex systems and high expectations
• Proactive, open-minded, outside-the-box thinker who doesn't sit on their laurels
