📋 Description

• Control the end-to-end design process for B2B pricing intelligence products and internal operations tools, from discovery to delivery
• Conduct user research with retail clients through interviews, usability testing, and workflow observation
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers to define product requirements
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web applications
• Analyze product usage data, KPIs, and user feedback to iterate on existing features
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and component libraries

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Graphic Design, Media, Instructional Technology & Media, or Human-Computer Interaction
• Completion of a university level course, internship, research project, or thesis involving user research such as conducting interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for iOS and Android platforms
• UX/UI design
• Using analytics to improve feature adoption
• Aligning design solutions with KPIs
