Senior Product Designer

• End-to-End Execution: Own design solutions for key features and product initiatives — from early user research and wireframing to pixel-perfect, shipped UI
• XFN Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional pod partners (PMs, Engineers, Data) to turn requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
• System Contribution: Use and contribute to [REDACTED] Kit (our design system), ensuring consistency, accessibility, and high visual craft across your feature area
• Prototyping & Communication: Create responsive prototypes — including AI-assisted workflows where useful — to effectively communicate user flows and interaction details to engineering and team stakeholders
• Iterative Design: Leverage data, user feedback, and usability testing to continually refine and optimize existing product experiences
• Raise the Bar: Maintain a high standard for visual craft, details, and micro-interactions within your core feature work
