📋 Description

• Design and evolve the [REDACTED] experience as a whole, from understanding the problem through to production.
• Work with the Lead Designer, Product Managers, Front-end Engineers, and ML Engineers to turn complex challenges into simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences.
• Contribute directly to product decisions, challenge proposed solutions, rapidly prototype, and test ideas before large-scale rollout.
• Envision new interactions enabled by AI, including agents, copilots, conversational interfaces, voice AI, and dynamic or generative experiences.
• Design end-to-end features and experiences, from discovery through to production.
• Maintain and evolve the [REDACTED] design system, ensuring the quality of visual design and motion across all platforms.
• Build interactive or functional prototypes and collaborate with Front-end Engineers through to production.
• Conduct user research, testing, and usage analysis, then measure the effectiveness of experiences after launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design for digital products that have been successfully launched in production.
• Experience working on products incorporating AI agents, copilots, conversational UI, or voice AI.
• Experience creating or evolving design systems.
• Strong product mindset and the ability to work from loosely defined challenges.
• Good understanding of web technologies and confidence collaborating with technical teams.
• Advanced proficiency in [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], including components, prototyping, and design systems.
