Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead product experience across [REDACTED]'s core platform.

This is a high-impact role responsible for designing complex workflows, defining UX standards, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape feature strategy — not just execute on it.

You will play a key role in elevating usability, retention, and trader performance through thoughtful, scalable design.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives
• Translate complex trading workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences
• Lead discovery through user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping
• Design data-dense dashboards, risk views, and performance interfaces
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define feature requirements and user flows
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect, technically feasible execution
• Establish and evolve [REDACTED]'s product design system
• Improve trader onboarding, activation, and lifecycle experience
• Influence product roadmap through user-centered insights

What We're Looking For
