Job Description

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for the end-to-end user experience of products, projects, or features within the [REDACTED] Suite of ERP solutions. This role begins with in-depth research to understand customers, markets, business objectives, and technical constraints, and translates those insights into complete workflows, interactions, and experiences. The Senior Product Designer partners with global cross-functional teams to define UX vision and solve complex, real-world product challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to create user-centered experiences using personas, storyboards, user journeys, and flowcharts, representing the user perspective throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design and document wireframes, prototypes, and final mockups that balance strong technical understanding with creative problem-solving to deliver intuitive and efficient user experiences.

• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, senior leadership, and stakeholders to define and drive UX vision and strategy.

• Conduct outside-in research to gain deep insight into real-world customer needs and business goals, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.

• Validate and refine designs through reviews, usability testing, and feedback from end users.
