[REDACTED] is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Financial Operations team. This team designs powerful tools that give our internal Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Risk, and Onboarding Consultants a complete picture of our merchants—to help ensure that our merchants are set up with the best solutions to fit their business needs quickly and efficiently. In this role, you'll help define a vision through iterative design and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of transforming complex workflows into simple, clear customer journeys with user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly integrate with other workflows. You excel at identifying opportunities to deliver value and thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and product managers to create exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Problem Solving: Lead project work from a design perspective with autonomy and authority, facilitating design reviews and working sessions to help the teams deliver the best possible solutions. Turn nebulous concepts into specific ideas that are useful and delightful product features. Explores and integrates AI and emerging technologies to shape new approaches.
