Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Your Position in Our Team

As a Senior Product Designer, you will design and ship high-quality product experiences in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.

This is a hands-on role focused on solving complex problems, delivering well-crafted interaction design, and contributing meaningfully to active product initiatives. We're looking for someone who can ramp up quickly, take ownership of their area, and execute with clarity and precision.

Your Profile

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has shipped complex SaaS or B2B products
• Is strong in interaction design and comfortable working on dense workflows
• Is confident in their craft and experienced working with design systems — able to use existing components effectively and contribute improvements when needed
• Balances speed and attention to detail
• Communicates decisions clearly and confidently
• Operates with ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Enjoys collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to a strong design culture
