We're looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Designer to craft seamless, user-centric experiences across our mobile and web platforms. You'll work on everything from onboarding to launching new features, with the goal of making complex financial products intuitive, empowering, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and iterate user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes across mobile and web.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and fellow designers to shape solutions that balance user needs with business impact.

• Own the user experience across one or more product areas, advocating for high-quality design decisions and execution.

• Leverage user research and data to surface insights, define problems, and validate solutions.

• Contribute to evolving our design system to ensure scalability, consistency, and flexibility.

• Prioritize and document your work in a way that's clear, robust, and developer-friendly.

• Organize in-person or remote workshops to align, explore ideas, and strengthen team connection.

• Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, critique sessions, and collaboration.

• Keep learning—and share what you learn. Your curiosity helps spark the same in others.
