📋 Description
- Own design work end-to-end in the Growth stream, from early framing through build-ready delivery and post-release iteration
- Produce implementation-ready flows, states, edge cases, content, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to clarify problems early and reduce rework
- Contribute to consistent Design System usage and improve patterns where needed
- Use AI in a repeatable and legible workflow to accelerate exploration and delivery
- Help plan and run concept, usability, and comprehension research studies
- Translate research findings, product data, and behavioural data into design decisions
- Design in a regulated context with emphasis on clarity, fair treatment, and customer comprehension
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences
- Strong product design craft spanning interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end journey ownership
- Comfortable conducting user research and making evidence-based design decisions
- Ability to use product and behavioural data and experiment results to frame problems, prioritise, and validate designs
- High ownership and autonomy when operating as a senior contractor
- Excellent collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Pragmatic judgement balancing quality and speed
- Comfort working within and contributing to a design system
- Comprehension-first and fair-treatment mindset
- English fluency at C1 level or above
- Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous
- Growth experimentation and funnel optimisation experience is a plus
- Strong prototyping skills are a plus
- Experience operationalising AI in team workflows is a plus
- Fintech or investing-domain experience is a bonus
