About this role
As a Senior Product Designer, Growth at [REDACTED], you will design user experiences that drive higher conversion and customer retention. From acquisition to activation, retention, and monetisation, you will ensure [REDACTED]’s value props are clear and compelling. This is an opportunity to lead growth through the product
- Gather quantitative and qualitative insights on users’ experiences within our apps and why they leave. So that you can design better retention strategies
- Design paywall strategies that convert new users and upgrade existing users at the right place and time in their journeys. This includes all our platforms: web, iOS, and Android apps
- Design cohesive value propositions that address the needs of different audiences
- Design social opportunities for users to share the content they love, in order to bring new users to our platform
- Design onboarding experiences to ensure users discover their next favourite show
- Work with the rest of the product design team to mature our design system for all contexts
