📋 Description

• Own Growth product design from discovery through launch
• Explore problems, prototype, design polished UI in [REDACTED], hand off to engineering and iterate after launch
• Turn experiment hypotheses into designs and analyze A/B test results with PM, engineering and Growth Analytics
• Improve onboarding by identifying drop-off points while preserving effective experiences
• Shape the first week in the app, including gamification features
• Prioritize opportunities with the PM to improve retention
• Maintain design quality and consistency with the design system
• Collaborate with another product designer, motion designer and the wider design team
• Participate in regular feedback and open design critique

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing consumer mobile apps with a freemium or subscription model
• Understanding of how activation, conversion and retention influence each other
• Experience with onboarding or retention; ability to show shipped work, approach, decisions and learnings from results
• Comfortable setting up A/B tests, analyzing results and applying learnings to design
• Highly skilled in [REDACTED], including prototyping, components and design systems
• Strong attention to interaction and visual design details on small screens
• Ability to identify problems, form a point of view and test assumptions
• Comfortable challenging ideas and receiving design feedback
• Use of AI tools in the design process
• English CV required
• Candidates must be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the United Kingdom
• Legally eligible to work in the country where they plan to work from
