📋 Description
- Set the design direction for Core Experience, the foundational product surface used across [REDACTED]’s platform
- Own end-to-end design for the assigned domain, from problem framing and research to shipped, polished UI
- Use research, product data, and customer feedback to guide and defend design decisions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to scope work and define outcomes
- Contribute to the design system to improve consistency, accessibility, and craft
- For Growth & Activation: design and optimize acquisition, onboarding, and activation flows across web and app
- Run A/B tests and funnel analysis to improve conversion
- Work on modular pricing and onboarding UX transformation initiatives
- For Credit & Cards: design credit application, card issuance, and repayment experiences
- Translate compliance and risk requirements, including credit checks, KYC, and repayment terms, into clear and usable flows
- Balance conversion goals with responsible communication of risk and cost
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design with ownership of complex, multi-step user flows
- Strong portfolio showing user-centered thinking and polished interaction/visual craft
- Experience designing platforms with multiple states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies
- Comfortable using research, data, and business context to defend design decisions in cross-functional squads
- Fluent professional English
- Fintech, SaaS, or regulated/complex-industry experience is a plus, not required
- For Credit & Cards: prior experience with lending, payments, or KYC/compliance flows
- For Growth & Activation: prior experience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- Regular use of AI tools, such as prototyping and research synthesis, in workflow
