📋 Description

• Design end-to-end experiences from onboarding funnels to mobile app experiences for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED]
• Work closely with Growth to drive funnel experimentation, optimize onboarding, and increase conversion and average order value
• Develop user engagement and retention through features such as nutrition guidance
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize and scope the roadmap and initiatives
• Contribute to end-to-end design processes, including user research, wireframing, high-fidelity visual designs, and prototypes
• Iterate through design experiments across onboarding and app experiences
• Design user-centered interfaces following [REDACTED] and Android design guidelines
• Execute design projects autonomously and contribute to collaborative ideation and design critiques
• Use product analytics and experimentation to inform design decisions and improve conversion, retention, and engagement
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional visual design skills
• Proficiency with [REDACTED], including components, auto-layouts, and variables
• Strong experience using and improving existing Design Systems
• Proven experience working with Marketing
• Experience designing mobile applications for both Apple and Android platforms
• Comfortable using analytics and data-driven experimentation to guide product improvements
• Ability to gather and interpret existing research and assumptions to design experiments
• Experience running usability tests on [REDACTED] or a similar platform
• Strong collaborative skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of user psychology, behavioral design, highly-converting user interfaces, and habit-forming products
