📋 Description

• Raise the craft of [REDACTED]'s dashboard and recipient experience
• Improve navigation, information architecture, opening and closing behaviors, empty states, motion, micro-interactions, and transitions
• Own and improve the design system
• Set clear, documented design patterns for other designers
• Close design-system gaps that produce one-off UI
• Set and articulate a product-foundations vision for craft, UX, and UI
• Cover small projects from pods without an embedded designer
• Partner with an engineer focused on shipping craft work
• Use AI to prototype, demonstrate intended interaction feel, and help engineering implement designs
• Own copy in designs
• Report to the Director of Product Design and work horizontally across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a product designer
• Experience working on B2B products
• Strong product thinking, including edge cases and shipping work for real products
• Strong visual design, UI, and motion skills
• Portfolio demonstrating high craft
• Experience owning and improving a design system
• Experience with information architecture
• Experience setting a product vision or leading a redesign
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling
• Experience using AI in design work, including prototyping with v0, Claude, Cursor, or similar
• Portfolio and password required
• LinkedIn profile required
• Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to work in the US
