Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in consumer-facing apps.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or other high-trust domains.
• Strong ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent visual design skills: typography, hierarchy, motion, and UI polish.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to ship production-quality products.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for design outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-first or agent-like UX patterns.
• Exposure to crypto or stablecoin-native systems.
• Experience in premium consumer software (Apple or Stripe-level polish).
• Familiarity with React Native collaboration environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design across mobile and web: onboarding, account flows, card controls, transactions, and settings.
• Design the interaction layer for an intelligent financial agent, including chat actions, automation, suggestions, and approvals.
• Build UX patterns for proactive banking: insights, predictions, optimizations, and financial guidance.
• Define a premium design language and scalable component system.
• Prototype quickly and collaborate with engineers to ship high-quality products at high velocity.
