Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design Team and begin an exciting career with us. The successful applicant will be a designer who is passionate about defining functional and creative solutions to complex problems ultimately helping to shape the future of [REDACTED]. As part of a cross-functional team, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and other team members to bring our vision to life.

What you'll be doing:

• Work autonomously in a cross-functional, agile product team
• Deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on a great user experience whilst also balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion and ease of implementation.
• Proactively gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions
• Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey. Encompassing all aspects of the design life cycle you will be comfortable with customer research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing through to the final interface design.
• Constant optimization of the user experience
• Contribute to the design system
• Work with and contribute to the design system
• Lead or actively participate in the efforts of product discovery
• Together with team members, monitor the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
