Responsibilities

Your Future Team

You’ll join the [REDACTED] Design System (ADS) team, where we craft the design language that powers every [REDACTED] experience. In this role, you’ll bring deep visual design and systems craft to a quickly evolving, AI-native design system, ensuring our brand is expressed with coherence and finesse, for interfaces being built by humans and agents.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the [REDACTED] Design Language: Evolve the visual design that makes [REDACTED] products feel coherent, distinctive, and high quality, including tokens, themes, interaction patterns, and components.
• Design for AI-native, adaptive interfaces: Systemise design language decisions to help people and agents generate consistent, accessible UI while preserving [REDACTED]’s brand expression and product clarity.
• Turn ambiguity into scalable system solutions: De-risk complex visual and systems problems through high-fidelity explorations, functional prototypes, and clear recommendations that account for edge cases, accessibility, and implementation constraints.
• Partner deeply across disciplines: Work with product design, engineering, content design, brand, and platform partners to translate emerging system concepts into practical guidance, specifications, and reusable capabilities.
• Raise the bar for craft, context, and adoption: Model strong visual systems judgment in critique, create clear usage guidance, and support product teams as they adopt new ADS capabilities with confidence and consistency.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, visual systems, and design systems
• Demonstrated excellence in visual design craft, including visual communication and UI design
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering design tokens, themed systems, and scalable component libraries
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to take conceptual direction and turn it into structured, well-documented, and production-ready designs
• Practical AI fluency, including frequent use of AI tools for daily exploration, prototyping, or workflow acceleration – and ability to collaborate with agents to improve design quality of agentic output

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for dynamic or AI generated user interfaces
• Experience working on complex multi-theme, enterprise systems
• A basic understanding of version control, and front end code
• Experience measuring and testing visual design changes with users
