Responsibilities

• Facilitate the successful design and end-to-end delivery, from concept to deployment, of Artificial Intelligence- (AI-) driven content creation tools.
• Design user-friendly, visually compelling digital interfaces and interaction frameworks and guidelines that lower entry barriers for users, creating a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX).
• Research and analyze product performance metrics and user behavior data to uncover insights and translate findings into user-centered design solutions.
• Produce high-fidelity user interface (UI) design specifications, interaction models, and design documentation that enable accurate implementation of AI creation features.
• Develop and test prototypes, refining experiences based on user feedback and data to optimize functionality, engagement, and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, researchers, engineers, and UX writers to align UI design strategy with system capabilities for the smooth execution of AI-powered creation features.
• Mentor junior-level UI/UX designers.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Graphic Design, Web Design, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Human- Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Graphic Design, Web Design, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;
• Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs;
• Using [REDACTED] throughout all stages of product design, including creating user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes; and
• Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 20%.
