📋 Description

• Own merchant journeys in the Merchant Dashboard end to end across web and mobile, from concept through polished execution
• Upgrade dashboard pages for transactions, settlements, and invoices
• Design self-service tools for merchants
• Create clear, data-dense interfaces for complex financial and operational information
• Design and iterate on merchant experiments and new features with the Product Manager, measuring results
• Help reimagine the in-store experience with product and engineering
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX researcher, and UX writer to solve merchant problems
• Use data, merchant feedback, and research insights to inform decisions and validate hypotheses
• Partner with B2B and B2C designers to maintain consistency and contribute to the design system
• Use AI tools for prototyping, ideation, and moving solutions closer to code
• Present and advocate for work to cross-functional and senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools
• Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio
• Excellent Figma skills
• Comfort designing across web/dashboard and native mobile (iOS and Android)
• Strong product thinking and ability to explain design decisions
• Ability to handle complex flows, states, and edge cases
• Strong AI proficiency using AI tools on real project work to prototype, explore, and move faster
• Understanding of technical constraints and ability to collaborate with engineering
• Confident communication with designers and C-level executives
• Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
