Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer at [REDACTED] takes a leadership role in elevating our products to the next level

You’ll bring clarity to complex product challenges, shape thoughtful end-to-end experiences, and raise the quality bar across multiple product areas

You’ll help define AI-empowered experiences that support better user decisions, strengthen trust, and improve the overall product experience

By leading design initiatives, mentoring team members, and conducting advanced user research, you’ll drive actionable outcomes that directly impact our users and the product’s success

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and actively communicate those learnings across the team
• Leverage research insights to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring products truly resonate with users
• Create high-quality wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design vision
• Stay on top of the latest industry trends, technologies, and design patterns
• Maintain a high bar for quality, usability, and attention to edge cases
• Provide design leadership and guidance to junior team members to ensure design excellence across projects
• Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery
• Drive a culture of constant improvement and learning within the design team
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design strategy and vision
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems, frame tradeoffs clearly, and champion a user-first approach
• Anticipate how design decisions impact related workflows, teams, and product areas
• Contribute to patterns, shared practices, and design consistency that improve efficiency and coherence across the product
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design AI-empowered workflows and product experiences that help users take action, interpret system output, and stay in control
• Define thoughtful patterns for trust, transparency, and human oversight where intelligent capabilities are introduced
