[REDACTED] is building a new operating layer for how people and AI agents work together.

Today, important company workflows live across plans, PRDs, roadmaps, meetings, documents, tickets, dashboards, and increasingly AI agents. As reality changes, these systems drift apart. People become the integration layer, manually reconciling context, decisions, dependencies, and work.

That model does not scale in an AI-native world.

[REDACTED] is building a Company Brain and Command Center for living human-agent workflows: shared context, governed decisions, coordinated action, and continuous learning. Our initial products rethink foundational workflows such as planning, PRDs, and roadmaps, with an architecture designed to extend to other consequential workflows involving people and agents.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional senior product designer to work with [REDACTED] as a contractor.

You will work directly with the founders and engineering team to help define, prototype, and refine the [REDACTED] product experience.

This is not a role where finished requirements are handed to a designer for execution. We are inventing a new interaction model for complex, multiplayer workflows involving people and AI agents. You will be expected to help solve the product problem as well as the design problem.

The central challenge is:

How should multiple people and AI agents share context, understand what is changing, make governed decisions, coordinate work, and continuously learn together?

There are few established patterns for this. We need someone capable of helping create them.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine the [REDACTED] Command Center, our primary user experience.
• Create intuitive experiences for complex, multiplayer human-agent workflows.
• Design AI-native approaches to planning, PRDs, roadmaps, decision-making, and execution.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear information architecture, interaction models, and workflows.
• Design experiences involving objectives, evidence, recommendations, decisions, approvals, dependencies, changes, and outcomes.
• Make AI behavior understandable, including what an agent did, why it did it, what changed, and where human judgment is required.
• Design ways for users to navigate large amounts of interconnected company context without creating information overload.
• Rapidly develop prototypes for customer testing and product development.
• Take concepts from rough sketches through high-fidelity, implementation-ready designs.
• Work closely with engineering through implementation rather than simply handing off designs.
• Help establish the design system and interaction language for [REDACTED].
• Improve existing prototypes while simultaneously helping define the longer-term product experience.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced designer with exceptional product judgment and craft.

You should have:

• Deep experience designing sophisticated B2B, enterprise, productivity, collaboration, data, developer, or AI products.
• Excellent interaction-design skills.
• Strong visual-design craft and attention to detail.
• Experience designing information-dense applications and complex workflows.
• Strong information-architecture and systems-thinking skills.
• The ability to simplify complex products without stripping away important functionality.
• Experience designing collaborative or multi-user experiences.
• The ability to work effectively from ambiguity rather than requiring detailed specifications.
• Experience going from idea → workflow → prototype → high-fidelity design → shipped product.
• Excellent Figma and prototyping skills.
• The ability to work quickly and iterate based on customer and founder feedback.
• Comfort working directly with founders and engineers.
• Strong opinions combined with a willingness to change them when the evidence changes.

Previous AI product experience is useful, but we care more about exceptional product-design ability than an “AI designer” title.

What Success Looks Like

A strong designer in this role will quickly:

• Understand the underlying product thesis rather than treating individual screens as isolated design problems.
• Raise the quality of our existing product substantially.
• Establish a coherent interaction model across the Command Center and Company Brain.
• Make sophisticated concepts understandable with minimal explanation.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes we can put directly in front of customers.
• Help us discover better product solutions through design.
• Establish reusable patterns that can support many different human-agent workflows.
• Create designs engineers can actually build.

How We Work

[REDACTED] is early stage and highly iterative.

We prototype quickly, put ideas in front of users, challenge assumptions, and change the product as we learn.

You will work closely with the founders and engineering team. There are no layers of design management between you and the people making product decisions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys that environment and wants meaningful influence over an emerging product rather than a narrowly defined production-design assignment.

Engagement

This is a contractor position, with the expectation of a meaningful and ongoing engagement rather than occasional freelance projects.

We are looking for someone who can become deeply embedded with the product and team while remaining a contractor.

As [REDACTED] grows, there may be an opportunity to discuss a full-time role if both sides are interested, but this engagement is being hired and structured as a contractor role.
