📋 Description

• Own key surfaces and meaningful areas of the [REDACTED] app end-to-end, from ambiguous problem to shipped experience
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Analytics within the Core Experience team
• Turn loosely defined problems into clear, compelling product experiences
• Explore different concepts and directions before converging on a solution
• Balance large bets with focused improvements and small experiments
• Shape A/B tests, analyse results and use evidence to guide next steps
• Design high-quality native iOS and Android experiences
• Translate behavioural and scientific concepts into simple, engaging and motivating experiences
• Make scores, trends and states understandable and rewarding
• Prototype ideas to test assumptions and answer questions
• Collaborate with engineers during implementation and contribute to the Design System
• Set expectations, maintain momentum and keep stakeholders informed
• Explain complex problems and design decisions clearly
• Run usability testing and turn findings into recommendations
• Monitor post-launch performance and improve the experience based on learnings
• Raise design standards, share knowledge and improve team practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong end-to-end consumer native app work in your portfolio
• Genuine creativity and ability to generate a wide range of concepts
• Energised by ambiguity and comfortable questioning initial ideas
• Experience designing for habit or behaviour change
• Think in user problems, flows and behaviours rather than screens
• Strong product judgement balancing user needs, business goals, evidence and craft
• Clear communication and ability to bring others along
• Ability to independently take work from ambiguity through to a high-quality shipped experience
• Low-ego, pragmatic approach and ownership through to completion
• Use AI tools where they genuinely improve speed or quality
• Strong visual and interaction craft for iOS and Android
• Experience with A/B testing, usability testing and design systems
