📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery
• Design AI-powered experiences for maintenance technicians and facility managers
• Translate ambiguous AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers
• Identify patterns and build reusable systems
• Contribute to the design system with a focus on consistency, scalability, and high craft
• Present design work with clear rationale and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Champion quality across the product lifecycle
• Use AI tools in the design process to accelerate work and improve output quality

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
• Strong typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion skills
• Systems thinking and experience building reusable design patterns
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Expert-level English, spoken and written
• Ability to work across multiple teams and present to executive stakeholders
• Ability to work in the listed location
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must answer whether employer support such as visa sponsorship is needed
