📋 Description

• Lead the Onboarding and Lifecycle strategy. • Ensure new merchants find value quickly. • Personalize the customer journey to drive activation, engagement, and long-term retention. • Map and optimize merchant journey steps. • Monitor conversion funnels and retention metrics. • Run discovery processes to understand the real needs of personas. • Define and prioritize high-impact initiatives. • Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success (CS).

🎯 Requirements

• Solid Product Experience: Previous experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Analyst in SaaS or e-commerce products. • Lifecycle Focus: Experience managing user lifecycle, including segmenting experiences for different personas. • Strategic Vision: Ability to link business goals (such as reducing churn and increasing GMV) to improvements in the user journey. • Data-Driven: Skilled at working with quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions. • Communication Skills: Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and business areas, clearly advocating the product vision. • Onboarding Journeys: Hands-on experience creating, testing, and refining user onboarding flows. • Product-Led Growth (PLG): Familiarity with strategies where the product is the primary driver of acquisition and retention. • Data Analysis: Proficiency with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar.
