📋 Description

• Develop, pitch, and execute original, on-brief concepts, bringing storyboards to life through animation, video, typography, sound, and AI-driven content.
• Deliver compelling, high-quality visual narratives across social media, product updates, original AI releases, new features, and artwork launches throughout Asian markets.
• Continuously generate fresh ideas, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, owning projects from concept through delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Manage timelines and resources effectively, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.
• Partner closely with multidisciplinary teams, including writers, editors, producers, and client managers with proactive communication to translate creative ideas into actionable outcomes.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, experiment with new tools, and push creative boundaries to keep the work innovative and forward-thinking.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional work, preferably as a freelancer or in agency.
• Strong command of animation, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and basic sound design.
• Exceptional video editing skills: fast, precise, and detail-focused.
• Experience leading motion design projects and supporting or guiding creative teams.
• Ability to adapt to diverse visual styles, formats, and project briefs.
• Strong, proactive communication skills, able to articulate ideas to teams and clients.
• Genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and AI-driven creative tools.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, turning loose ideas into clarity and action.
