Senior Motion Designer

In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our User Acquisition (UA) video ads—crafting high-converting, visually efficient video assets across paid social and programmatic channels ([REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], etc.)

You’ll blend UGC plates, gameplay storytelling, slick animations, and data-backed creative insights to scale our global user base

• End-to-End UA Video Production: Concept, storyboard, design, animate, and edit high-impact, short-form video ads optimized for mobile UA channels
• Creative Iteration & Scaling: Take winning ad concepts and rapidly produce high-quality variations (hooks, CTAs, gameplay mechanics, sound design, visual styles) to combat ad fatigue and test performance hypotheses
• Collaborate with Creative & UA Teams: Partner closely with Motion Designers, Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and UA Managers to align visual concepts with performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, IPM)
• Innovate & Trend Watch: Stay ahead of mobile gaming trends, platform-specific editing styles ([REDACTED]/[REDACTED] native style vs. cinematic gameplay), and creative tech/AI workflows to continuously elevate our creative output
• Mentorship & Quality Standards: Help set the bar for visual quality, animation polish, and workflow efficiency across the UA Creative team
