📋 Description

• Develop appealing and effective creatives for social media channels including [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED]
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand-message and C.I. consistency and improve advertising effectiveness
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually engaging designs
• Analyze and optimize social-ad performance using feedback and performance data
• Create visual concepts and assets for landing pages using [REDACTED]’s AI-assisted page builder software
• Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs
• Develop creatives for [REDACTED] display ads and image extensions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in social media advertising and marketing
• In-depth knowledge of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience creating static and motion ads for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED]
• Experience working with AI assistants to draft concepts and visuals
• Ability to understand user needs and create engaging, functional designs
• Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to develop creative and innovative design solutions quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team
• Structured approach to work and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
