📋 Description
- Develop engaging and effective creative assets for social media channels such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED]
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate identity
- Develop creative concepts and turn them into visually appealing designs
- Continuously analyze and optimize social ad performance based on feedback and performance data
- Create visual concepts and assets for landing pages
- Implement landing page concepts using our proprietary AI-powered page builder software
- Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs
- Develop creative assets for [REDACTED] Display Ads and image extensions
🎯 Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in social media advertising and marketing
- Strong knowledge of [REDACTED] and the [REDACTED] Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating static and animated ads for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED]
- Initial experience using AI assistants to develop concepts and visual content
- Openness to exploring the possibilities of AI
- Ability to understand user needs and develop engaging, functional designs
- Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to develop creative, innovative design solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Structured approach to work and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
