📋 Description
- Lead integrated production and creative design work across digital experiences and broader visual communication formats
- Design experiences across web, mobile, digital platforms, and multiple communication formats
- Contribute to presentations, branding, visual communication, social content, and multidisciplinary creative projects
- Apply Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Service Design methodologies
- Work with Design Systems, component libraries, and scalable design frameworks
- Explore emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and innovation within creative processes
- Balance strategic thinking, creative execution, and continuous experimentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate ideas through storytelling and presentations
🎯 Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in Experience Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, or related creative disciplines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital experiences together with broader visual design capabilities
- Proven experience designing across web, mobile, digital platforms, and multiple communication formats
- Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Service Design methodologies
- Experience working with Design Systems, component libraries, and scalable design frameworks
- Comfortable contributing to presentations, branding, visual communication, social content, and multidisciplinary creative projects
- Strong curiosity for emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and innovation within creative processes
- Excellent communication, storytelling, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking, creative execution, and continuous experimentation
