Senior Interactive Designer
About this role
As a Senior Interactive Designer for [REDACTED] you’ll report directly to the Associate Director of Commerce Ad Design, and work as part of their team, in some cases managing or working alongside Designers and Ad Design Interns
- Design & animate visually stunning and cutting-edge paid social ad campaign assets
- Employ a user-centered design to create intuitive design solutions
- Research and maintain brand guidelines for clients
- Collaborate with Client Service Managers through internal brainstorms & discussions to bring big ideas to life on the mobile screen
- Adhere to [REDACTED]’s ad unit best practice standards in all campaign output
- Proactively develop ongoing knowledge base of new technologies and products and identify needs and opportunities for additional advertising products
- Contribute to product ideation with mocks & prototypes of innovative ideas
- Design & execute pre-sale ad campaign mocks
- Lead and participate client brainstorms & creative meetings when requested
- Be a subject-matter expert–own a specific function based on the current needs of the organization–you’ll be one of the go-to design resources for the New York team
- Act as a mentor and manager to lower level designers and help to promote their growth
- Execute on quick-turnaround design requests from other departments
