About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to drive the development and design within our Learning Management System (LMS). You'll be instrumental in modernizing and enhancing the utilization of our LMS in close coordination with our internal Content Management System (CMS). This is a unique opportunity to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences that cover critical technical and compliance topics for our global teams.

This role offers a permanent, indefinite-term contract and is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

As an Instructional Designer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and Development: Create engaging and effective user and learning experiences across various technical and compliance subjects.

• LMS/CMS Enhancement: Help modernize and enhance the utilization of our LMS, ensuring seamless coordination and integration with the internal CMS.

• eLearning Authoring: Utilize the Articulate Suite (Storyline and RISE) to develop SCORM-compliant content, applying expertise in instructional design, UX principles, and storyboarding.
