📋 Description
- Design, evaluate, and elevate learning experiences for incarcerated individuals
- Screen and review incoming content submissions
- Conduct regular content catalog audits
- Support with partner content upload
- Evaluate, classify, and tag content
- Supervise and quality-review work produced by contractors
- Design and develop original course content
- Evaluate content quality using [REDACTED]'s rubrics
- Provide consultative professional services to content partners
- Consult with product managers and designers
- Apply trauma-informed and adult learning principles
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of instructional design experience
- Genuine passion for [REDACTED]'s mission
- Deep fluency in adult learning theory
- Experience working in a consultative capacity
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to assess content for instructional quality
- Strong independent prioritization across multiple projects
