THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual language of [REDACTED] across a wide range of projects. This is a hands-on role for a designer with a strong visual eye, excellent craft, and the ability to turn ideas and briefs into clear, polished, and engaging designs. The role will focus primarily on branding and graphic design, while also touching on digital and UI design across our mobile app portfolio. Experience with motion is a strong plus. You’ll collaborate with different teams, working across different types of projects and helping us build a strong, consistent, and scalable visual language.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain [REDACTED]’ visual language across different touchpoints.
• Design brand materials, presentations, social content, event materials, campaigns, and other visual assets.
• Work on UI-related projects and visual improvements across our mobile app portfolio.
• Translate briefs, concepts, and business needs into strong visual solutions.
• Build reusable templates, components, and visual systems that help improve consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Product, management and other stakeholders from concept through final delivery.
• Take ownership of projects and independently drive them from initial idea to polished execution.
• Present design concepts, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve ideation, production, and efficiency.
• Contribute to motion and animation projects when relevant and based on experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech, digital, or fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent branding, visual design, typography, composition, and attention to detail.
• Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Experience creating and maintaining brand identities and visual systems.
• Good understanding of digital and UI design principles.
• Ability to work across different visual styles, products, and audiences while maintaining a high level of craft.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to take a project from concept and exploration through final execution.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and work effectively with both designers and non-design stakeholders.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Highly proactive, independent, curious, and able to take ownership of projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for company events and internal branding, including event concepts, merchandise and other event related materials.
• Experience with motion design or animation, such as After Effects.
• Experience designing for mobile apps or digital products.
• Experience creating design systems, component libraries, or scalable visual templates.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
