📋 Description
- Develop visually appealing digital marketing materials, including e-mail compaignes, banners, social media graphics, promotional assets
- Design and produce motion graphics to support digital campaigns, new product features, and storytelling efforts
- Sometimes produce designs for events: print materials, merch, stage/booth design etc
- Understand target audience needs and behaviours, translating insights into compelling and user-friendly design solutions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Create designs that adapt to different platforms and ensure optimal user experiences across diverse marketing channels
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials, adhering to established design guidelines
- Stay updated on design trends and bring innovative ideas into marketing materials to enhance overall visual appeal
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience
- Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, or similar
- Skilled in AI tools: Midjourney / Stable diffusion, etc
- Strong portfolio showcasing projects
- Flexible and able to handle changing project needs and deadlines
- Fluency in English (B2 and above)
- BONUS POINTS: Multilingual, especially in Russian
- Experience in VR projects
- Experience creating motion graphics
- Experience in 3D
