📋 Description

• Manage and execute a variety of design assignments across digital, print, presentation, branding, and web UI.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective design solutions across multiple industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience (more than 5 years) in graphic design, branding, or art direction, with a proven ability to execute high-level creative projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple platforms.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers, with a passion for developing creative talent.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to handle feedback and evolving project priorities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
