Senior Graphic Designer Onsite Role

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in leading the design process and delivering exceptional visual solutions that align with the [REDACTED] brand and effectively communicate our message to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall creative direction of our company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for the Senior Graphic Designer include, but not limited to the following:

• Lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to understand the project requirements and develop creative solutions that align with our brand.
• Create visually stunning designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, trade show signage, presentations, advertisements, and planograms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to design projects.
• Maintain consistency in brand identify and messaging across all design materials.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Senior Graphic Designer are:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years’ experience as a Sr. Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in [REDACTED] Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
• Experience with [REDACTED] Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in building and designing planograms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition

• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
