About this role
We are looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative Services team in the US
The team helps sports organizations grow their audiences, deepen fan engagement, and drive commercial results through integrated marketing strategies and execution, delivering high-quality work at the pace of the sports world
This is a hands-on role focused on marketing campaign asset development: you’ll translate creative briefs into static and motion campaign graphics that connect with fans and elevate the brands of some of the most iconic organizations in global sport
- Concept, design, and produce bold, engaging static and motion graphics for client marketing campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print, presentation platforms
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to bring sports campaigns to life visually – from initial concept through final delivery
- Oversee delivery of all static and animated client campaign assets, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and accuracy to spec across every format and placement
- Work with our studio production team on asset trafficking, versioning, and approvals within project management and trafficking platforms (e.g., [REDACTED], [REDACTED]), keeping timelines, feedback, and handoffs organized
- Build campaign toolkits and resize/adapt creative across channels, platforms, and aspect ratios
- Demonstrate strong photo compositing and retouching skills
- Maintain a high bar for quality while working quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Provide creative feedback and guidance to other designers as the team expands and help raise the standard of the team’s output
- Stay up to date on sports design trends, visual culture, advertising, and emerging tools
