Senior Graphic Designer (Insomniac, Apparel)

• [REDACTED] is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role will act as the right hand to the Creative Director, helping to elevate and evolve the visual identity of the brand across fashion, festivals, and culture
• This position will report to the Apparel Director, Creative. This is not a remote position
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute design concepts across brand, campaigns, fashion, retail, and experiential activations
• Help define and evolve the [REDACTED] visual language, ensuring consistency and innovation across platforms
• Lead the creation of key design assets, from campaign identities to lookbooks, event branding, packaging, and digital content
• Provide art direction and guidance to designers, freelancers, and vendors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and E-Commerce teams to bring creative concepts to life
• Maintain a high design standard while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Stay on top of emerging design trends, cultural movements, and creative technologies relevant to the [REDACTED] universe
• Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed
• All other projects and initiatives as identified
