Senior Graphic Designer Role

The Senior Graphic Designer needs to understand and interpret client requirements and should be well-versed with-IT sector terminologies. Youll be the one to shape the visual aspects of layouts, various designs, websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. Must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs for digital print and web
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Attributes

• Proven graphic and other designing experience
• A solid portfolio of Design or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Takes ownership and responsibility of the work assigned
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Core software skills:

• Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator
• InDesign, XD

Additional software skills:

Basic HTML (needs to be executed mailers, newsletters) and MS PowerPoint

Experience: Minimum 4 years in a reputed design house. Experience in creating designs for IT sector clients would is a plus

Experience:

6+years of industry experience. Minimum 3 years in a reputed design house
