Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction and strategy of the front-end team.
- Participate in product design and development of new features.
- Ensure high-quality code and optimize applications for performance.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
- Review and provide feedback on code and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a front-end developer and team leader.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, etc.
- Willingness to try and adopt new frameworks.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/4, and modern web design principles.
- Experience in managing project timelines and collaborating with other departments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing technologies.
- A passion for coding and delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
