📋 Description

• Partner with the Creative Director to evolve [REDACTED]’s visual identity and create high-performing digital experiences
• Build and document scalable brand systems in Figma, including components, variables, grids, templates, iconography, illustration, typography, and image treatments
• Own website pages, landing pages, launch experiences, and microsites from information structure and wireframes through responsive, developer-ready design
• Collaborate with the Website Development Team on interactions, feasibility, accessibility, performance, handoff, and design QA
• Design for WordPress, understanding templates, reusable modules, CMS constraints, and responsive behavior
• Translate ambiguous briefs and complex B2B technology into design directions, prototypes, and visual stories
• Create reusable templates and self-service systems for designers and global marketing teams
• Use Claude, Adobe AI tools, and MCP-enabled workflows for research, ideation, prototyping, automation, and documentation
• Review live implementations and other designers’ work, providing precise feedback
• Manage multiple projects with file hygiene, version control, documentation, prioritization, and performance feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, digital, or web design within fast-growth B2B SaaS, technology, a design studio, or an agency
• Standout portfolio showing sophisticated brand systems, responsive web design, digital campaigns, and technology storytelling
• Expert Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, libraries, prototyping, responsive systems, and developer handoff
• High professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, composition, grids, hierarchy, color, image selection, and digital art direction
• Proven experience turning visual identity into reusable components, templates, guidelines, and frameworks
• Strong knowledge of web and UX principles, including responsive behavior, accessibility, conversion, performance, interaction, and technical constraints
• Working knowledge of WordPress, including CMS constraints and implementation validation; Elementor is a plus
• Experience collaborating with developers, preparing specifications, resolving implementation questions, and completing QA
• Daily practical use of AI tools such as Claude and Adobe Firefly
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol workflows connecting Figma to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar environments
• Comfort with speed and ambiguity, defining problems, proposing direction, managing feedback, and owning work through delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative, low-ego approach and ability to contribute across global teams
