Senior Designer (Production Design Focus)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Senior Designer with a focus on production design who is a true Figma expert and a master of scale. This person acts as the essential bridge between creative concepts and high-volume execution, scaling artwork across various platforms with technical precision. You should have a deep understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to navigate strict brand guidelines and complex technical specs to deliver a variety of flawless design solutions. You are pro-active, can scope your own work, manage high-volume turnarounds independently, and build out the systems that allow our design team to move faster and more efficiently.

This is a fully remote role, but please be aware that this client is based on the East Coast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop brand campaigns through high-volume production, scaling artwork across platforms while maintaining creative integrity.
• Execute with a solid grasp of design fundamentals—specifically grid systems, layout, and typographic hierarchy.
