We build our product and tech function with focus on:

• Understanding [REDACTED], the industry needs and customer use cases
• Quality is at the heart of everything we do and not just a gate in a process
• Leading product roadmaps, planning and establishing best practices
• Developing expertise in the financial services industry and regulatory environments
• Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships through team excellence
• Zero-to-one function building — creating product delivery frameworks, engineering performance systems, and product delivery processes from the ground up
• Building and leveraging AI technology to enhance product features and development workflows
• Lead design from discovery through delivery, grounded in user-centred (UCD) principles
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape features that balance user experience (UX), commercial goals and technical feasibility
• Break down complex and ambiguous problem spaces into clear flows, interactions and design solutions
• Create sketches, wireframes and low-to-high fidelity prototypes to explore, validate and communicate ideas
• Design intuitive and well-crafted user interfaces across mobile and web applying brands consistently across product interactions
• Design experiences that interface with SDKs, APIs, and modular frameworks especially across mobile and platform layers
• Manage and mentor other designers within the team
• Contribute to and help scale, create and maintain our design systems
• Facilitate and participate in design sprints and workshops, turning ideas and insights into actionable concepts
• Apply user research methodologies and usability testing to inform and improve designs
