Senior Designer

The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills and a burning passion for delivering high-quality and exceptional work through:

• Developing and executing creative concepts from start to finish, meeting client briefs and aligning with brand guidelines, ensuring high standards of visual excellence.

• Produce high-quality, original, and innovative design work, including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, videos, animations, logos, promotional materials, and pro-active ideas.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, and integrate them into creative strategies and executions.

• Ensure consistency and maintain brand integrity across all creative deliverables, both digital and print.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail throughout the design process.

• Collaborate with the CS and Creative teams to understand client objectives, anticipate needs, and propose creative solutions that align with the agency's capabilities and high standards.

• Contribute to the agency's overall creative vision and strategy, providing insights and recommendations to enhance creative processes and outputs.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience within an advertising agency or similar creative environment.

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and visual storytelling.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard software.

• Strong understanding of branding principles, layout composition, typography, color theory, and design trends.
