Work Arrangement

This role is categorized as remote or hybrid to Warren, MI or Sunnyvale, CA or Mountain View, CA. Remote candidates will be considered.

• If you live within 50 miles of a [REDACTED] hub location (San Francisco Bay Area, CA or Warren, MI), you are expected to report to the office three times per week, or other frequency dictated by the business.

This role requires

• 5+ years of product design experience across web and mobile, with clear examples of shipping products at scale and taking end-to-end ownership of design outcomes
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic, systems-level thinker
• Adaptability and ease in navigating ambiguity to shape high-impact north star experience vision
• Exceptional craft and execution skills, demonstrated through consistent high-quality interaction and visual work, with deep fluency in Figma
• A strong taste and judgment, with a clear sense of what to include, what to refine, and what to leave out
• Evidence of original and critical thinking, with the ability to clearly articulate and own design points of view
• A collaborative, low ego mindset paired with strong conviction—open to feedback and iteration, while able to take a stand and own decisions when alignment is needed
• A designer with strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rational and trade-offs to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
