Senior Designer / Design Lead (Quality & Consistency)

Introduction

The Senior Designer will support the Art Director by ensuring consistently high standards of design quality, accuracy, and brand alignment across all projects. This role acts as a key quality control and leadership position within the design team and will assume the Art Director's responsibilities when required. Key duties will include reviewing and quality-checking all outgoing design work before client submission, ensuring accuracy in layouts, copy, branding, formatting, and technical specifications; maintain consistent visual standards across all client work and internal projects; identify and correct errors, assist designers in interpreting briefs and assisting with workload planning. Applicants should have a minimum of 5–7 years professional design experience (agency experience preferred), proven experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory design role, and a strong portfolio demonstrating consistency, precision, and high-quality execution.
