About the Role:

[REDACTED] is seeking a Senior Design Consultant (UX/UI) Contractor with leadership experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the design process from strategy to execution, working closely with development and product teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver user interfaces and experiences that meet our clients' goals. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, conducting research, and ensuring the designs align with both client expectations and business outcomes.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Lead the design process, including product strategy, journey mapping, and UX wireframing.
• Develop and deliver design concepts and wireframes that align with business goals and client needs, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights from stakeholders to inform design decisions.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps.
