About the Team

The Content Design & Product Writing (CD&PW) team is responsible for creating clear, consistent, and engaging content that enhances user experiences across all of our products. As part of this effort, the team collaborates with various teams to ensure that content aligns with product goals and user needs, while maintaining high standards of quality and clarity.

The Role

The [REDACTED] Content Design & Product Writing team is made up of content designers and technical writers in the US, Singapore, and China who make [REDACTED] easy to use for our diverse global audience. We're looking for a user experience (UX) Content Designer to collaborate closely with members of the [REDACTED] Product Management, Design, User Research, Engineering, Legal and Localization teams to build products that captivate and engage our viewers and content creators.

Through clear, expressive writing, you'll transform product features and concepts so they're intuitive and easy to understand. As an advocate for our users, you'll use design thinking, empathy, and data to help shape and refine our product — identifying opportunities to build better user experiences. You have a strong intuition for writing clear and concise content that is easily translated and localized for our global audience.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality UI text that is consistent, clear, and aligned with the [REDACTED] brand to help users easily navigate our products
• Create effective content strategies, audits and other content-driven initiatives that meet business and user needs
